Notes on product, UX, and shipping work that scales.
Common questions
What kind of work do you take on?
Brand, product, and the systems that help teams ship. That can mean identity and visual language, UX and flows that move metrics, solution design from sketch to build, or helping a team lead and deliver with more clarity. When you're raising, the story has to match the product and the proof you actually have.
Is this a fit if we're early-stage?
Often yes, when the idea is real but the shape is still messy. I work well on positioning, UX, and what to ship before a raise or a major launch. Tell me what you want to make real in the form, and we'll see if I can help.
Do you work with established teams, portfolios, or nonprofits?
Yes. I've worked with PE portfolios, established operators, and impact organizations on product experience, conversion, and how teams deliver. Scope ranges from a focused audit to a scoped build over a quarter, depending on what needs to move.
Can you help with brand only, or does it tie to product?
Both. Some projects are brand marks, identity, and launch materials. Others connect brand to product experience: onboarding, key flows, and how the product feels in use. On the Work page you'll see examples in both lanes. In a first conversation we figure out which applies to you.
What happens after I reach out?
You answer a few short questions on the form. I reply within a few business days. We talk through what you're building, what's stuck, and whether I can help. If it's a fit, we agree on outcomes and scope before anything starts.
How fast do you respond, and what are realistic timelines?
I reply to new inquiries within a few business days. Scoped work often starts within two to four weeks depending on queue. Ongoing work runs monthly. Timelines depend on scope; we agree on outcomes and dates before anything starts.
Do you work remotely, and which regions do you serve?
Yes, remote-first. I've led work across North America, Europe, and MENA. Time zones are handled with async updates and focused live sessions. On-site is possible for longer engagements when it adds value.
Which languages can we work in?
English, French, and Arabic for discovery calls and written updates. Long-form articles and case studies on this site are in English for now; marketing pages are available in all three languages.
How should I read the work on this site?
As proof of patterns across brand and product. Each project had different constraints and moved different metrics. In a first call we map your situation to approaches that worked in similar contexts, then define scope that fits your stage and team.
